Right you are.. I have a very hard time believing any 'crat in the Philippines or Mexico or GB or any gov't agency anywhere in the world is going to take the necessary initiative to get LL approved before the FDA. Fuhgetaboutit. 'crats are not designed to be heroes. They never get into trouble staying in their lanes. Nader's strategy is shadow boxing.
