Everyone (iHangout) here that is paying attention here and it has been well known for sometime that people flock to Daltons twitter and linkedin accounts for information on the company. So people are aware that it is a main (ihangout) source of information. Therefore he (IMO) can use his account as a form of a PR.

It is a known source of (ihangout) information. Notice the second he posts how many post (ihangout) "NEW TWEET" and some with pictures. It is PUBLIC INFORMATION.

Just because he isn't advertising it to everyone via (ihangout) PR newswire...doesn't (ihangout) mean he isn't UPDATING to HIS shareholders directly via Twitter and Linkedin.
