Out of post for day on other board.
Not sure if there will be any delay
- if you check the Good Law Project website the process the court moves at is rather slow, the test might be in operation before a court a halt can be put on the contracts.
- not sure if emergency use of funds during a pandemic falls under the same rules as normal business practice..
It is kind of hard to put Covid rapid cheap test out to normal competitive bidding when there isn't too many approved.
