there is nothing that cydy has said or published that shows LL can cross the BBB alone.
LL is just like all the other large molecules, inclding mabs. LL can't get across by itself.
it may prove important that LL binds to the t cells, and then the t cells cross. that could prove important.
LL is not special amongst the antibodies except to the extent it binds the t cells before they cross
