CT, very solid post and pretty much mirrors what I have been thinking.
Hopefully the company is holding some good PR's for the tier-up to the QB. As noted, there are many investors who either won't/can't trade pinks so the move to the QB will open PCTL to a new investor pool.
The company is making all the right moves, just need to get some "Meat on the Bones" PR's to kick start the move north.
