I remember when the lawsuits were going our OS sat at about 2.5 billion shares for a long time and we thought AS of 5 billion was outrageous. That seems like a terribly small drop in the bucket of 53+ billion shares pre split. The pre split shareholder here has been literally devastated by this dilution. To think these guys have 14 billion AS with no explanation why that large after a R/S. That is the equivalent of 7 TRILLION shares pre split.
