In my opinion, since the trial results are blinded, they deferred discussion with 11 BP companies since what exactly could they share with them or us? It is Dr Kelly who is in charge of business development and he was the one who referenced these discussions in a previous CC. I’m sure the attorneys cautioned them regarding discussion on this topic due to the blinded results. As a shareholder, we are not privy to many of the on going discussions, due to the litigious society we have created for ourselves. I have many years of experience at a senior executive level in a Fortune 50 company and know these restrictions are in place to protect intellectual property and the company. Again, IMO.
