Yes, it's a combination of 1 and 2, and we've posted a great deal of feedback from management on the status that directly supports that conclusion. At this point, skeptics and/or nervous investors will be appeased only by more 8-K's, press releases, and especially financials.

All I can say is that they're coming, and the new accounting firm will keep them on time going forward. I also have to point out, when it comes to those unofficial status updates, that the current management team has NEVER LIED when responding to any of my inquiries.

They were off a bit on some of their anticipated timeframes, which is one of the reasons they've decided to go with mostly done deals when it comes to updating shareholders, but they haven't lied. Some of the most recent feedback has hinted at some very big deals on the table, but there are NDA's involved and they can't divulge the details until given the OK to do so. Won't be long now IMHO.
