it would but likely won't happen that fast. it will stop trading first. perhaps for a few days etc. Then we'll get a pr I would imagine of the up list. Or maybe the other way around. Either way it's a transition.. With that said..when..not if that happens it will be a joyous moment for all here.

I believe the requirements to up list are 2.50 -4.00 depending on market cap etc. I'm a bit fuzzy on this since it's been some time since I looked into it.
However, I don't see it being a issue either way. once Nasdaq it goes up from there.
