I also think that we are overly fixated on statistically significance. Yes, that is part of the gold standard of clinical trials in determining efficacy. BUT in this pandemic, its all about saving lives, even one life...if you have a safe treatment. Why not start giving that treatment to patients when there is no effective treatment out there now? Even the FDA has said that they would consider approving a treatment that may be or appears to be effective - I'm assuming they are not talking about stat significant here.

Cydy has to push the FDA for an EUA now, while continuing the trial. Put the ball in FDA's court now. I understand NP's want to have a good relationship, rapport, etc. with the FDA, but now is the time to not be timid, now is the time to act.
