Do we have a signed China deal? Did we get the upfront technology fee? The only deal we have so far is Malaysia and now Bintai is raising money to move us along. I think we need to let others know what we have so we can get all the funding we need in the world. This is a world problem not a new faster chip. This needs to be sped up, people are dying.

This is like our congress and senate and white house. They all want the perfect deal. They all want to look like the heros. Well pass a deal to help unemployed workers. Pass another deal to help businesses. Pass another deal for airlines...etc. Stop trying to put them all together and pull a fast one on the other party. They problem is, they all believe if they give in to just an unemployed deal, then the other side won't have the pressure to do another deal for something else.
