NP, just cut a deal with the best offer from BP. We're up against the ceiling when it comes to raising money by issuing shares without another increase in AS which would SUCK. Also, the risk of EFFda in partnership with BP screwing over leronliman/Cytodyn has to factor into the decisions of any current and future institutional investors BEFORE EUA/BLA/etc.
The reality is that the world progresses. If all regulatory forces are against you giving goliath sized competitors a chance to catch up, eventually, the value of leronlimab will drop possibly to a point much less than what you could have cut a deal for today.
Incelldx is now holding hands with Pfzier and using all their knowledge gained from working with leronlimab to their benefit. We need to adjust to the reality of our situation.
