Pondering Doc's latest tweet, I am in concurrence with several others here.

That would be considered a public statement that we will be listed on the Nasdaq. Doc's statement will be used by some as a positive news sign to buy and/or possibly even sell shares.

If it wasn't a true statement it could possibly mean legal trouble.

I say we are golden and will very soon be up listed.

maybe he waits until just after the Hope Global Forum as to not steal thunder from his son-in-law and daughter.
