If halt is .005 - using a double binomial test,
With 195 patients - mortality 22 patients leronlimb, 23 patients SOC - p = .008
With 293 patients - mortality 31 patients leronlimab, 29 patients SOC - p = .0049
If the DSMC thinks that just the additional patients will break it below the p value then current mortality must be either 22 or 23 patients leronlimab and 21 or 22 patients SOC.
