After you become insanely wealthy, publish your own book. A lot of American writers come to my city and publish (insanely cheap). I have a few friends in the business who specialize in high quality art catalogs (couche papers, etc) so a print edition is no problem.
Interesting fact: Malcolm Lowry rote “Under the Volcano” in my city under the effects of mezcal. (“Mezcal is the devil”). I can send you to his favorite cantina, still open today, if inspiration is a problem.
