This is a plausible explanation as I believe they were trying to get a pre-BLA meeting with the MHRA for HIV on October 22nd, perhaps something opened up 2 days earlier.
I would think CYDY's executive calendar would have been set but something had to come up where they would not be able to push that off.
Also could be the dentist appt thing too. You don't want to miss those or its 6 more months of waiting.
