JB- I don't know what rumor you are referring to. But the PPS is now under tremendous pressure due uncertainty surrounding the filling and progress. You wanna like it or not the PPS will drop drastically if we hear no progress. In my opinion a lot of people will get discourage and sell some portion of their portfolio. There are so much you can say it is coming. The rainbow is within the reach for months. But once reality settle in that is where you will see the sell off. After all we are in OTC land.
