Right, that is what Joe keeps saying is the first and foremost reason why Joe wants to get GNBT off the OTC and has decided against the first idea to merge NGIO into an OTC company and then pursue an uplist also, but to go the more difficult route of an IPO directly to Nasdaq.
The terrible part is that these crooks most likely know that GNBT is working on an uplisting and they obviously try everything they can to prevent them from doing so, as only on the OTC it is possible for them to continue playing JoJo with the share price and being able to continue profiting on every down- and up-swing.

SEC PLEASE HAVE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PPS MANIPULATIONS OF THE GNBT STOCK!!!
