This is a result of CYDY disputing the ownership of the data in Dr. BP’s paper. Dr. BP believes leronlimab is an amazing molecule (read his tweets) and continues to want to work with CYDY, but NP has made that near impossible at this point. In addition to blocking the paper and cutting off communication with Incelldx, CYDY may have an outstanding bill to Incelldx which is preventing the company from releasing the HIV occupancy data to CYDY.
Long story short: Dr. BP would prefer to use leronlimab for testing in cytokines conditions but CYDY’s current handling of the relationship is not allowing that to happen.
