The pools of IDentityUSA are where you get to share in the entire company wide production once you reach Executive Director status. There is a one star Executive Director, two stars, three stars, four stars, and five stars. There is a pool for each level. If you are a five star Executive Director then you get a monthly payout from each of the five pools. The amount in each level has yet to be determined but it is a share of all of the membership sales in the company, not just ones on your team. This is unprecedented.
