Small molecule CCR5 antagonists like Mara & Ceni may cause issues with Liver & Kidneys... It depends on what the ultimate cause of these issues is for CV19; I haven't seen anything conclusive. Using either during active CV19 may exacerbate damage / issues.
For LH, risk may be lower... or may not. If it's cytokines causing the liver / kidney issues, we should know which are responsible and screen before administration of either of those. In the absence of anything else, using them for LHers, under very close supervision, I think could be justified. Absolutely not for active CV19 however. Would require studies.
BTW .. if they work, we're golden as it confirms the CCR5 MoA / thesis.
