Yes, but maraviroc, even if taken for 1- 2 weeks only, can cause serious liver damage in rare cases.
"Nevertheless, two cases of acute hepatocellular injury arose in patients receiving maraviroc in prelicensure clinical trials. Both were women, ages 24 and 27, who developed fever, fatigue and rash followed by liver tests abnormalities within 1 to 3 weeks of starting maraviroc."

Therefore, BP shouldn't recommend it so carelessly on Twitter without stating risks more ckearly, though you can clearly see his frustration with LL not being approved yet...
