NASDAQ is still well within play as long as the CC on Tuesday is good news and results in an SP over $4 that can be maintained for a certain duration of time. This is assuming that NASDAQ approved an uplist for CYDY above $4 and that the offer to uplist has not expired.
If the SP does not go above $4, and we are forced to wait for the trial to complete, then uplisitng is still possible if CYDY conducts a raise (per MM’s comments during a CC). A raise will be needed regardless in order for CYDY to cover the payment to Samsung and operating costs. This is assuming NASDAQ approved a $3 uplisting option for CYDY.
