CYDH owes Samsung $27 million by the end of 2020. They owe another $21 million in 2021.

He can only sell product when the FDA approves leronlimab for use or another country approves the drug for use. The Philippines is apparently open to leronlimab for COVID but we don’t know at this time if they’re interested in M2M data, full S/C data, etc. If the DSMC doesn’t recommend to halt the trial (which would open the door for EUA), then CYDY will need to raise money to pay the $27 million.
