While that would be great for Cytodyn (I think you know I respect you and your opinion) I do not think that is realistic. IMO foreign agencies take their cue from the USFDA and if there is a smear job, collusion, slow roll as so many members on this board keep alluding to there will be no foreign approval. Maybe some tiny broke country in the middle of no where but not France or the UK.
