I hope they didn't slow enrollments to save money. I am reminded of an english saying "penny wise, pound foolish". Please say that go slow is not true ?

I am also concerned something similar could have happened in the UK.

I really hope it is not a case of raising $10M's to pay the BOD, but not to accelerate the business.
