There has been unfortunately a humongous ethical failure already ... Our response to COVID from the regulatory and governance perspectives has been very poor (I am trying not to use extreme depictions).
NIH and FDA have been tainted by BP. If you need proof ask yourself: how is Remdesivir the current SOC ???
Now, more to the point. imo CytoDyn has not received a fair treatment. The HIV approval should have been achieved long time ago. Be it 350mg or 700mg. Patients are suffering and the drug is not broadly available.
