I doubt NP and CYDY are negotiating with the FDA. Additionally, what would these negotiation entail? The FDA either likes the data or they don’t and will provide CYDY with their conclusion. I believe you or another poster mentioned CYDY using the supply of leronlimab as a negotiating tool and threatening to sell it to another country. If the FDA isn’t going to provide CYDY with EUA right now then they likely aren’t conceded about CYDY selling the drug to another country.

I’m unclear on how these two are related. CYDY is opening the door to other countries for leronlimab like any BP would and has no relation to these negotiations you believe are ongoing.
