Good morning all.
Some posts caught my eye yesterday concerning the SEC rule change regarding "Dark" OTC stocks, of which we are "legally" one of.
I am providing a link below.
I scanned a lot of it.
What I am trying to determine is when is the effective date or date that all must comply with being current.
To me this is also big news, due to the fact that once we are current, regardless of where the conglomerate is as far as development stages, we will get a large PPS increase strictly due to current fillings.
