Interesting that QMC had given closing arguments but L2 SBI later Bush did not.IMO Bush needs time to tell his clients to drop this case so that their contracts arent exposed as being ambiguous and flawed and possibly leaving them open to a class action suit by other unhappy clients of theirs.
They lost in Texas and still haven't paid court costs..there is a reason Long has his money in Peurto Rico.
