If the DSMC recommended CYDY halt the trial due to efficacy, it would’ve been PRed by NP immediately. I don’t believe that’s a point anyone can argue after the Philippines PR which basically said, “hey, we hired a company to help file a BLA in the Philippines.” He absolutely could not withhold that information considering his personality.
