The 7-category ordinal scale:

1=dead, 2=hosp, intub, 3=hosp, high flow, 4=hosp, low flow, 5=hosp, no O2, 6=home w/restrict, 7= home, no restrict

is common ground in a range of trials, including ours.

I would think comparability of analysis would be valuable to the FDA.
