I don't disagree with your feelings on this subject, our leaders (governmental & regulatory) have failed us. And the harsh and ugly reality of how big business is conducted in this country has been laid bare for all to see.

However, I'm not quite sure how you are reaching your final conclusion. The trial has clearly not been halted -- bottom line, full stop. At the very best, we will learn a potential regulatory path forward. There is clearly a zero chance of an EUA on Tuesday, otherwise there is no reason to discuss an option that is only a potential path.
