“Potential Regulatory Path Forward”. I know nothing of this process, but on the surface it’s hard for me to read that and think LL hit it out of the park.
Just “regulatory path forward” is bad enough but preceded by “potential”?
Like there may or may not be one? The path is blocked, or is it now a dead end?
