I don't disagree except for this kind of scenario, of which there are possibly/probably quite a few:
The results come back positive and we do know there are foreign and domestic pharma companies interested. I'd highly doubt the deals these companies are interested in are plug and play deals that take two hours once we know the data. Might be some back and forth, playing a few of them off each other, who knows? Obviously this is based on the news being positive but even if it's recommended to continue that's a good sign to a big pharma company and could result in a different kind of deal but still a deal. All of that requires a little time. I think it's both things. They know and they're preparing but also there are a lot of things that have to be negotiated for next steps now too.
