I actually prefer the 4.00 as it gives gnbt shareholders the bigger value overall in NGIO and GNBT
If the BK deal is added in, that will give quite a bit of value to NGIO even it it's just a percentage, especially now that other countries are being added to the mix as well.
Hopefully China gets signed to, so that gets added, even with a percentage, which I agree would make sense, but with them, might be even more, because they want the entire package, not just COVID Vaccine.
Joe said other deals were in the process of being signed, so not sure what those bring to the table, but that value also needs to be added and I'd say probably in the millions at least.
I'd say, 4.00 sounds good and who knows might be possibly a bit more if it pans out right.
