My take on the share count is that when Joe was forced to give up NGIO shares as part of the div he had to increase the float to retain the % ownership he wanted for GNBT. I don’t think he ever wanted to div NGIO shares but had to because he had to change the div structure and used NGIO to sweeten the pot.
