NP has been playing a high-stakes game of chicken and he desperately needed revenue from an interim EUA to avoid dilution.
With the lack of revenue and the cost of the CD12 continuation to full enrollment -- there are no orders, no pre-payments, and no funds to manufacture any additional product. And that likely means even further delays due to Samsung's bioreactors getting booked-out for 2021.
Not to pile on, but there's also limited funds to initiate new trials.
Prepare for a dilutive capital raise at a low share price.
