Looking at the FDA guidance for EUAs the FDA would not look at raw data. With the simplicity of the trial, the time enrollment was achieved and the basic outline of an EUA submission there is a small possibility that the FDA received an EUA submission based on the DSMC report on October 7th. There is an even smaller possibility that the FDA comes to a decision by Friday or soon after. I'm not counting on it, but it's possible.
