Agreed as a possibility for sure, that Dr S inadvertently said FDA, as many have on various CYDY forum/comment boards. Many folks think the FDA unblinds and evaluates the interim data, and those folks have never heard of the DSMB. After all, it is the FDA that issues the EUA.
