Of course he knows the FDA system. He's not just some primary care doctor in private practice. He works at research and teaching hospital. He's a prominent lung transplant specialist. He is an investigator on this trial and has already gotten the EINDs. He has probably investigated other trials.

Why would he need to be prompted by Nader? He's a genius doctor. He knows exactly what is happening and is obviously invested (I don't mean financially, but professionally) in the outcome.

Also, he is actually one of the doctors who have collected the data. Do you think he doesn't know where his data is being sent?
