I think phase 3 buyback is true!!  People are also not realizing that all the buy back has not yet factored into the PPS!  We should honestly be trading between .10 and .15 PPS by now!  This is the reason why I feel a huge run will come.

I remember ACTC back in 2009 when she ran from sub pennies to .26 cents!  HUGE RUN!  I think the same type of run can definitely take place.  It is like having all the perfect ingredients for a Blizzard or Hurricane IMO!!
