When thought leaders present a company’s data (I know that he was directly involved in much of the company data, but I’m guessing most of the talk was basically a standard medical talk) they are usually using a set of slides that has been vetted and then vetted and then vetted again by the company’s legal department. Because of how long that takes you often can’t update something like enrollment numbers in real time.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the numbers are higher. But I also wouldn’t be surprised if they are stalled there while we wait on the results of CD12.

He also mentioned the fda and the dsmb working together. That could be factually true. We may never know. It could just as easily be true as it could be an inadvertently misleading sentence. Just like an NP timeline it could be spot on or quite a bit different.
