This could be b/c the SOC treatment has changed. Aren't placebo patients in this S/C trial now using Remdisiver (sp) as a SOC and possibly others where in the very beginning, they were just saline or something and as time has passed so has the SOC products?
Just my opinion if I heard correctly so correct me if I'm wrong - GLTU
