Just for a point of reference on OTCQB timing - the two most recent tier up companies filed their certification on 10/7 and 10/6. They tiered up yesterday to OTCQB. PCTL certification was filed 10/8. So it should happen very soon.

I am going to guess Monday, just a guess though. Hopefully it will come with a PR update from the company as well.
