Does anyone know what's happening with the basket of cancer trials at Quest Diagnostics? I have a good friend with colon cancer who signed up and everything proceeded at a fast pace up until she submitted her slides to be read by the radiologist several weeks ago. She's heard nothing since which is in stark contrast to how things went at first. Does anyone know if they're on hold because of lack of funds or for some other reason? It's not my place to ask Dr. Lalezari and my friend has called them a few times but gets the same answer, "waiting for the slides to be read". Anyone?
