Its all good in the hood. I'm trying to be more understanding of the stress/anxiety of our friends here that are underwater currently.

And, while I'm on the topic, I've had many accuse me of being overly optimistic, or being a pumper of some sort.

I am an optimist by nature, particularly when the subject at hand is something that I have studied for years. When you add to it that I am in a favorable position with my investment, I can see how my attitude is different than others who are not in the same position.
