I believe new SEC rules that take effect in 2 months indicate if an OTC is not "current" there would be no market markers ... to make a market there needs to be shares and market makers, otherwise it's in the gray sheet or "Dark" ... UNVC MUST get "current" or if there's any way to go right to a real exchange such as the Nasdaq to do it...
