If you remember there was a press release that stated that Cytodyn was filing for PIM or similar to EUA in other countries like U.K. and EU. but it didn’t actually say that EUA approval was being sought in the USA. I do remember the Initial reaction by Nader was when telling the results of the trial verbally that he would seek approvals for the phase 2 trial. It was not stated where. The near following press release did not mention USA. But did mention others.

We as investors read to much into that press release and our expectations were dashed when that press release was reposted here and we read the correct print that there was no mention of seeking approval in the USA. That’s what I remember. Maybe you remember it differently? There was someone that set the board straight about that press release and it was an eye opener for me and many here. Sometimes we choose to see what we want to see. Not necessarily what was written. It caught me also. Regardless of the past indiscretions that may of happened concerning possible News2 results that only resulted in let’s see what your phase 2-3 trial shows. That time is here now and we will remove doubt or not.
