I'm not sure we will really know on that...I had thought I understood that we had very good to excellent results with CD10 and would be filing for approval or EUA. But maybe that wasn't what NP had meant to say...? I was disappointed we did not even try with a formal application and somehow force the FDA to deal with it rather than simply and quietly whisk us away. I am aware that Nader seems to be very "respectful" of the FDA in many comments. Often seems too respectful, but I don't know that world.

What I am not clear on right now, with the interim results for CD12 due any hour or day, is will we, the investor world, actually see the results or know what they are?? If ONLY one person at Amarex will know, and CYDY remains blinded to the results going to the review committee, unless they pay a stat fee to have access to the results, then how can an announcement of the results be made? Or will it just be an announcement that the review committee has the results? Perhaps I am missing something, and would appreciate any knowledge on this
